Larry Sinclair has thus far failed to produce a single viable piece of evidence, yet is continuing to take advantage of every media outlet and communication medium in an attempt to extort money from Senator Obama. He has staged phoney press conferences, started numerous blogs, contacted all mainstream media outlets with his flimsy and fundamentally unverifiable accusations. Is it any wonder nobody in the mainstream media wants to risk their career and credibility covering this farce?
Legally and morally, the burden is on Sinclair to prove his allegations, not on Obama to disprove them. Larry Sinclair knows this, but he is banking (quite literally) on the fact that the court of public opinion operates quite differently than a court of law, and isn’t making any substantial effort to prove his accusations.
He knows that it’s hard to prove you DIDN’T do something, and is rallying the ignorant under this pretense to send him contributions (and any other number of other ‘fundraising’ activities of questionable legality). He’s got them so worked up to such a fever pitch that several of them are posting threats on his blog (larrysinclair0926.wordpress.com) to kill Obama if he gets elected.
I really encourage everyone who has any questions whatsoever, to go to this Sinclair’s website (larrysinclair0926 dot wordpress dot com) and spend a few entertaining minutes trying to find any proof with any merit whatsoever.
Now that might sound like it’s about as much fun as a nailgun to the nutsack, so let me just reassure you that it’s VERY entertaining to read what these cult members say, and I can confidently promise you that you won’t be coming after me asking for that hour of your life back.
After you fail to find anything legitimate, as I’m sure you will if you have any understanding of what constitutes reasonable proof, please please please try to ask for more details or a confirmation on some point (any point), or just try to engage Sinclair in any conversation whatsoever.
And then, you will see with completely clarity, that this guy is nothing more than a nutcase running yet another (though somewhat incomprehensible) scam on those without sufficient mental defenses to screen out such nonsense.

I know we’ve all seen those documentary specials on public television about Charles Manson (who also called his followers “The Family”, as Sinclair’s followers do), David Koresh, and Jim Jones, and if you consider some of the similarities, it should become quite apparent that there are some pretty compelling reasons for the government to at least keep a close eye on these people.
To highlight some of these similarities, it’s convenient to refer to a common list of traits:
* Isolation from everyone or everything outside the group or it’s control
* Us versus Them mentality
* Everything outside the group is evil
* Compulsively talking about the group, it’s leaders, and it’s doctrine
* Repeatedly quoting certain scriptures emphasized by the group.
* Refusing to engage in conversation that may question the group and its leaders.
* Almost complete or total domination of the participant’s time by the group.
* Attending Bible study, crusades, revivals, prayer meetings, services, or other group activities constantly. Little if any time is left for family, old friends, or other interests.
* The group discourages questions concerning its leaders or doctrines. Expressing doubt is equated to an attack, and the doubter is publicly ostracized.
* Compulsively and constantly witnessing their beliefs to everyone, in every medium, often in a confrontational or extreme manner.
